Biography: Brighton and Christer started Equipping Ministry Tanzania in 2007 as Brighton felt the Lord was leading him to start a ministry to help local church leadership who have not gone to Bible school. They desire to equip churches and leaders with a scriptural, basic Christian foundation.
Their mission statement is, equipping everyday people for life-changing ministry. They provide transferrable training and tools for life-changing relationships with God, self and others. Brighton tells us that their training is Christ-centered, practical and experiential, biblically sound, appealing to all God's people, reaching to all nations and cultures, and expressing God's grace and the truth of His word. They strive to achieve the highest standards in stewardship of finances, staff, volunteer time, and use of other resources so that the ministry will be sustainable.
In 2005, Brighton and Christer also started a church called Pentecost Renew Assembly.
