Biography: Robert loves to interact with people! Robert is retired from the secular workplace and is the volunteer senior chaplain in the Salvation Army (ARC) organization. He fulfills his mission statement for his life: meeting and sharing the love of God with humanity. Robert tells us, "This is put into action everyday the Lord awakens me. I"m excited about tomorrow!"
Being active in ministry for over 35 years, Robert played a roll in the Catholic Pentecostal movement in the 1970s, including chairing a praise group of Spirit-filled Catholic nuns and priests in his home. He ministered in the Jesus People movement, and was a board member of the first charismatic book store in Kansas City. He was a group leader for a share group of young Baptist men and women, all of whom are in full-time ministry today. Robert ministered in a halfway house for four years and ministered to inmates in a Federal Jail for nine years!
Robert has a firm understanding of who he is in Christ and is never ashamed of the message of reconciliation. This gives him the freedom to reach many without any concern of what others think of him. Robert has been very active in FMIN, ministering on mission trips to Brazil, UK, India and assisting in US conferences. He expects the favor of God wherever he goes, and finds this leads him into a very exciting life!
Strengths: Robert's strength lies in his knowledge of who he is in Christ and his willingness to go anywhere God leads him. He shows the heart of the Father to everyone he meets.
