Ministry Type: Church Joined FMIN: June 2010 Biography: Faith Gospel Ministries began as a small prayer cell group of five to ten people who gathered to intercede for various reasons. As the group grew, they were inspired to begin a Sunday worship service so they could grow together in the Word. They have continued to grow into an active, thriving church. The emphasis of the church is to be a disciple of Christ, to kindle a spiritual flame among the lost and to raise relieable leaders for the Father's use. With Neelima as children's pastor, they have active Sunday School and Vacation Bible School programs for children. Their youth ministry holds retreats for their youth. Nehemiah and Neelima know how important cell groups are and have two cell groups that meet once a week. The church is very active in evangelism. They have a mobile evangelism team of ten people who have been given three months of training. They are sent out to unreached areas with a Jeep, Jesus film projector, PA system, several musical instruments and free gospel literature. They travel often during the year to remote rural villages. The church also has a training center for native missionaries in order to train them to start new churches in isolated areas and conduct crusades and conferences.
